TRAINING & PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
Promotion criteria are set on a national level and explained in CATO 13-02 (See 'CATOs' Page) and summarized in Chapter 6 of the Squadron Standing Orders. If you have any questions about promotion requirements, please contact your Level Officer.
Proficiency Level requirements are explained in each level's Qualification Standard & Plan (QSP), and summarized in Chapter 6 of the Squadron Standing Orders. If you have any questions about training requirements, please contact your Level Officer.
EVALUATIONS
The purpose of each evaluation is explained in the applicable QSP, and evaluation forms and instructions are available on the 'Evaluations' page.
Specifics on the conduct of each evaluation will be explained by your Level Officer.
